Meet the Team

  • David Bibliowicz, RA, AIA

    FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Bachelor of Architecture Cornell University ‘13

David’s passion for architecture stems from a deep love of art from a very early age. Whether it was sculpture, painting or drawing, the urge to create could never be quelled. Every new medium was an opportunity to learn and create something new. Every new creation was full of discoveries and lessons to expand on and explore.

In 2008, this process of discovery led to the study of architecture. David attended Cornell University’s school of Architecture and became immersed in a new way of thinking and creating.

Upon graduating from Cornell with a Bachelor of Architecture, David spent the summer working for a professor in the digital design and technology department on the development of an energy modeling software that aims to direct the early stages of design to a more sustainable outcome.

Following this role, and with a focus on applied sustainability, David began the world-renowned firm, Skidmore Owings and Merrill in San Francisco. At SOM, David worked on a range of projects from commercial master plans and office towers in China, to multi-family residential and mixed-use buildings. Following his time at SOM, David moved to Mark Cavagnero Associates, a mid-sized San Francisco firm where he could be engaged in more local projects with a more civic and cultural focus. During his time at MCA, the firm roughly doubled in size, and David was engaged in a vast array of cultural projects and proposals throughout the Bay Area including museums, multi- family residential, commercial offices, and adaptive reuse. David spent several years at MCA as an integral team member and lead designer of the performance and acoustical spaces for the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Bowes Center.

In 2021, David moved to Colorado with his wife and dog and decided to use his accumulated experiences to begin his own architecture and design firm. David is a registered architect in the state of Colorado and a member of the AIA.

When David doesn’t have a pencil (or a computer mouse) in hand, he loves going on hikes with his wife and brindle pittie, hitting the slopes with his snowboard, playing a round of golf, or enjoying 9 innings with his local rec league softball team.
